    Season Burger on both sides with salt and pepper. Place patty onto a hot grill. Sear on one side until well caramelized.

    Rotate the Burger 60 degrees, then continue grilling to create cross marks. Carefully flip patty over, then continue grilling until desired temperature is just about reached.

    Shingle cheese over the patty. Continue cooking until desired temperature is reached and cheese is melted. Allow burger to rest.

    Toast bun.

    Spread Calabrian Pepper Aioli evenly over each half of the bun, ensuring coast-to-coast coverage.

    Layer lettuce and onions, across the bottom half of the bun.

    Place fries into a 350°F fryer. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Drain well. Transfer immediately to a stainless-steel bowl. Season with kosher salt. Toss fries to ensure even coverage Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

    Place Burger on top of the Onion. Layer Bacon across the Burger. Close the sandwich. Secure with a bamboo pick, as shown in the photo.

    Place Burger onto the left side of the plate, as shown in the photo.
