Combine lemon juice, Simple Syrup, Grenadine, bourbon and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Spritz a chilled martini glass with absinthe. Swirl to rinse. Discard excess.

Strain drink into the glass.
