Combine lemon juice, Earl Grey Syrup, aperol, cognac and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.
Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.
Remove cap.
Strain drink into a coupe glass.
Skewer a lemon peel around a luxardo cherry onto a bamboo pick, as shown in the photo.
Lay the skewer across the top of the glass, as shown in the photo.
