Combine lemon and grapefruit juices, Earl Grey Syrup, seedlip and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.
Gently stir 20X, until chilled.
Fill glass with ice
Strain drink into glass
Twist a lemon peel over the drink, then place it on top of the Ice, as shown in the photo.
