Sanitize all work areas, cutting boards, equipment and sinks used in the preparation of this recipe.

Press a thawed Hope's Chocolate Chunk Cookie into a creme brulee dish ensuring even distribution of the dough, as shown in the photo.

Place cookie into a 500°f oven with fan and bake for 7 minutes; or until golden brown, as shown in the photo.

Using a green Vollrath disher, place a scoop of ice cream on the right end of the cookie.

Place cookie dish on an entree plate with a ramekin of warmed chocolate ganache.
