Combine all ingredients, except the lemon peel, into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Strain drink into a chilled martini glass.

Twist a lemon peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, then drop it into the drink, as shown in the photo.
