Combine lemon Juice, Earl Grey Syrup, seedlip and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.
Gently stir 20X, until chilled.
Place a Large Format Ice Cube into a DOF.
Strain drink over the Ice.
Twist a lemon peel over the drink, then place it on top of the Ice Cube, as shown in the photo.
