Combine lime and orange juices, Jalapeno Syrup, mezcal, grand marnier and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Garnish a DOF glass with smoked sea salt on half the rim, as shown in the photo.

Place a Large Format Ice Cube into the glass.

Strain drink over the Ice.

Twist an orange peel over the drink, rub it on the non-salted rim, then drop it into the drink, as shown in the photo.
