- 1/8 tspgranulated sugarRB | LEMON DROP

Combine lemon juice, Simple Syrup, cointreau, vodka and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Garnish a chilled martini glass with sugar on half the rim, as shown in the photo.

Strain drink into the chilled glass.

Twist a lemon peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, then drop it into the drink, as shown in the photo.
