Combine vodka, espresso martini mix and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.
Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.
Remove cap.
Strain drink into a martini glass.
Garnish with coffee beans floating on top of the natural foam of the drink, as shown in the photo.
