- 1 eachfresh rosemary4″ sprigs

Combine lemon, Honey Syrup, blackberry fruit in hand, bourbon and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Shake vigorously 20X until well mixed.

Add 2nd scoop of ice into a chilled DOF.

Double strain drink over the Ice.

Garnish with lemon wheel set down between ice and side of glass, and a rosemary sprig as shown in the photo.
