    Combine lemon juice, Honey Syrup, gin and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

    Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

    Remove cap.

    Add prosecco.

    Strain drink into a chilled coupe glass.

    Garnish with a lemon twist on the rim of the glass, as shown in the photo.
