Dispense syrup into the cup.

Pour espresso shots over the syrup.

Pour steamed milk to 1/4 inch from the top of the cup.

Serve drink in a 16 oz GRANDE cup with sleeve and lid on the side.

Drizzle pistachio butter in a lattice design over the coffee. Garnish with katafi.
