Toast sourdough.

Using the avocado slicer, pit one half of an avocado.

Slice avocado into 1/4" thick slices. This should yield 7-8 slices.

Shingle avocado across the toast, as shown in the photo.

Drizzle lime juice over the avocado.

Evenly distribute Spice Blend across the toast, ensuring coast-to-coast coverage.

Drizzle evoo over the toast.

Carefully place the avocado toast into a large #3 brown box.
