Combine pineapple and lime juices, agave, mezcal, tequila and the 1st scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Add club soda.

Fill a collins glass with the 2nd scoop of Ice.

Strain drink over the Ice.

Garnish with a cilantro sprig placed down the inside of the glass, as shown in the photo.
