Combine lemon juice, Simple Syrup, grand marnier and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Add prosecco.

Strain drink into a champagne flute.

Twist an orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, then drop it into the drink, as shown in the photo.
