Add Ice and liquid light brut rosé into a stemmed wine glass.
Add Floreale Apertivo in a circular motion over the Ice to ensure even mixing.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with a lime wheel, lemon wheel placed down the inside of the glass, and sprig of thyme set on top as shown in the photo.
