Sanitize all work areas, cutting boards, equipment and sinks used in the preparation of this recipe.
Place ground beef into a mixing bowl. Evenly distribute spice blend over the beef.
Using gloved hands, incorporate the spice blend into the beef until evenly distributed. Transfer beef to a sauté pan. Cook over high heat breaking up any large clumps to pieces 1/4" or smaller. Continue cooking until the beef caramelizes and cooks through.
Remove from the heat. Drain any excess grease. Cool completely.
Transfer to clean food storage containers. Cover, label, date and store refrigerated.
