Place #4 coffee filter into the Clever.
Grind coffee beans to order. Use the single brew setting on the grinder, marked between "cone" and "fine".
Measure Hot Water.
Carefully pour the Hot Water in a circular motion over the grounds.
Set timer for 2 minutes.
Stir once, and place lid on the Clever to retain heat.
Place the Clever in the service area, in clear view of the customer.
When the timer goes off, remove the lid.
Stir once to break the crust, then replace the lid.
Place the Clever on top of the cup, and dispense all the coffee.
Serve drink in a 16 oz GRANDE cup with a lid.
