1.Sanitize all work areas , cutting boards , equipment and sinks used in the preparation of this recipe.

Reheat egg bites in a 350 degree oven for 5- 10 minutes or until heated through to an internal temperature of 350 degrees. Hold warm for service.

When ready to serve, garnish egg bites with chives as shown in photo.
The mini muffin mold used for this recipe has a 1″ diameter base and a 1.5″ diameter top.
Egg Bites can be baked in different sized molds according to catering needs. General rule: 1 fl oz per inch diameter of mold. Cooking time will vary.
