Combine all ingredients, with the 1st scoop of Ice, into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Add the 2nd scoop of Ice into a chilled DOF glass.

Strain drink over the Ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel resting on top of the drink, leaning against the inside of the glass, as shown in the photo.
