Combine strawberry puree, lime juice, Simple Syrup, rose and the 1st scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Add prosecco.

Add the 2nd scoop of Ice into a wine glass.

Double strain drink over the Ice.

Skewer a lime wedge, then strawberry half onto a bamboo pick.
