Combine Demerara Syrup, both bitters, whiskey and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Gently stir 20X, until chilled.

Place a Large Format Ice Cube into a DOF glass.

Strain drink over the Ice.

Twist an orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, then drop it into the drink, as shown in the photo.

Skewer luxardo cherries onto a bamboo pick.

Lay the skewer across the top of the glass, as shown in the photo.
