Combine campari and vermouth and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.
Gently stir 20X. Add prosecco to mixing glass.
Place a Large Format Ice Cube into a DOF glass.
Strain drink over the Ice.
Twist an orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, then drop it into the drink, as shown in the photo.
