Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, into a mixing glass.
Cap, then shake vigorously 20X.
Remove cap.
Strain drink into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with ground nutmeg sprinkled in a line across the center of the drink, as shown in the photo.
