Combine lime juice, Simple Syrup, bitters, cointreau, tequila and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Garnish a DOF glass with kosher salt on half the rim, as shown in the photo.

Place a Large Format Ice Cube into the glass.

Strain drink over the Ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass, placed right next to the salt rim, as shown in the photo.
