Combine blood orange puree, lime juice, agave, tequila and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Strain drink into a carafe.

Place one Large Format Ice Cube, one dehydrated orange wheel and one mint sprig into each DOF .

Stack DOF glasses on top of each other, with the carafe placed on top of the stack, as shown in the photo.

Once at table, unstack and pour a small amount into each glass. Leave carafe on the table for the guests to refill their beverages as needed.
