Combine lemon juice, grapefruit, honey syrup, empress gin, lillet blanc, bitters and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.
Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.
Remove cap.
Strain drink into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with floating dehydrated orange.
