Sanitize all work areas, cutting boards, equipment and sinks used in the preparation of this recipe.
Preheat unlined full sheet trays in a preheated 500°F oven, no more than 2-1/2 lb of raw mushrooms per full sheet tray.
Combine all ingredients into a stainless-steel bowl,
Gently toss together to combine and thoroughly coat the mushrooms evenly with the seasoning.
Carefully spread mushrooms in a single even layer onto the preheated sheet trays, no more than 2-1/2 lb per full sheet tray, as shown in the photo & video.
Roast in a preheated 500°F oven until most of the liquid has purged from the mushrooms and evaporated, and they are golden brown, about 14 minutes, as shown in the photo. Cook times may vary based on how wet the mushrooms are.
Carefully rotate the trays and stir the mushrooms halfway through, if needed, to ensure even roasting.
Remove from the oven. Cool completely.
Transfer to clean food storage containers. Cover, label, date and store refrigerated.
