Matcha Batch

Sift the matcha

Add water to blender pitcher.

Add sifted matcha to blender pitcher and pulse until matcha is well blended.

Transfer to a clean plastic squeeze bottle. Apply a day dot and store in the refrigerator.

Determine size of batch to produce based on store matcha sales. The batch should be disposed of at close.
