Place Croutons into a 4 oz ramekin. Place lid on ramekin.

Place the ramekin in the upper left corner of a 32 oz container, as shown in the photo.

Place Little Gem into the container.

Evenly distribute parmesan over the Lettuce.

Place Lemon Wedge, yellow rind facing up, in the upper right corner of the salad, as shown in the photo.
