Brush a pre-heated sizzle platter with Blended Oil.
Add patty to the heated Oil. Cook in a 500°F oven until the bottom of the patty caramelizes, about 6 minutes.
Carefully flip patty and continue cooking until heated through, about 2-4 minutes. Adjust cook time for frozen patty.
Season patty with S&P.
