Toast waffles.

Place waffles onto the center of the plate, as shown in the photo.

In a small bowl, combine the strawberries and Strawberry "Fruit in Hand" and Spoon strawberries over each waffle,.

Using a sifter, evenly distribute powdered sugar over the waffles.

Place a dollop of Whipped Cream in between the two waffles, as shown in the photo.
