Place pretzel, presentation side up, onto a sizzle platter.
Spray presentation side of the pretzel with water.
Evenly distribute salt over the pretzel.
Toast pretzel in a 500°F oven until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Carefully place onto a plate.
Serve with a monkey dish of Pimento Cheese, as shown in the photo.
