Combine grapefruit juice, Jalapeno Syrup, pamplemousse liqueur, mezcal and a scoop of Ice into a mixing glass.

Cap, then shake vigorously 20X, until chilled.

Remove cap.

Garnish a DOF glass with smoked sea salt on half the rim, as shown in the photo.

Place a Large Format Ice Cube into the glass.

Strain drink over the Ice.

Twist a grapefruit peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, then place it down the inside of the glass, as shown in the photo.
